Our Mission:
"We care for people, investing our lives into theirs for a return that pleases God."

about me
"Scars are tattoos with better stories."

What's worth saying?
I'm a 63 year old man who has lived every minute of his life.
That's not to say that I've lived it "perfectly" or anything... at least not comparatively speaking. I'm thankful that "comparatively" isn't the way I'll be judged by my Maker and that His forgiveness of my less-than-perfect deeds is 100% and unconditional.
No... when I say "lived every minute," I mean that, even during the dark times, I've always been aware of how precious life is and thankful for the people God had me in relationship with to share it. Some came and stayed, some came and went, but I've gotten great joy from those relationships.
I'm pretty good at "playing," and I don't think I've lost much of that, as a skill and that helps with my appreciation of this life.
If you asked me to tell you about my best day ever, I can point to some great ones... the day I met my wife, the day we married and the day, long after we married when I remembered that she was still my girlfriend. Or maybe, the day my first son, Brad was born, or his little brother, Case, or their little brother, Drew. Could be it was the day my first grandson, Caden, came into my life, or celebrating any of the grandchildren to follow. Could be when I figured out that my friend Jesse's son, Jude was a grandson, too!
Yep. Great as all that's been, what's my best day ever? Who knows....I I'm still around, so it may be today!
we love playing outdoors
